The luxurious cottage is cozy and picturesque, decorated in country style; a place to enjoy and to relax. Situated near the windmill, you can see the windmill to one side and the beautiful polder landscape to the other side, where in summertime, cows and sheep graze outside. The cottage is surrounded by 3 terrasses.
The cottage is adjusted for 4 guests.
The cottage and the connected house are built in nostalgic country style, in perfect harmony with the windmill and the landscape. The design is inspired by the former old cowshed, barn and the farm of the previous miller, who is father of the current miller. In the construction we've used some old, traditional materials; old wooden beams and bricks, and the roof tiles have been recycled from the old stable.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a cozy double bedstead (160 x 210 cm bed length), and eventually, above of this bedstead it is possible for 1 or 2 children to sleep (160 x 190 cm bed lenght).The space above the bed on top is limited because of the ceiling. This possibility is just an extra sleeping place, not every child likes sleeping on this height. All of the mattresses are of good quality, and we have four season wool duvets to sleep under.
There is also a kitchen, a dining table and a cozy lounge area.
Floor
On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds. The boxsprings and mattresses are of good quality and are a 210 cm in length. In this room four season wool duvets aswell!
