The luxurious Hooiberg House, a black-tiled holiday home, is tastefully decorated in a cosy, rural style – a place to enjoy and relax. It is located in a unique setting near the Vrouwgeest windmill, where the living room offers panoramic views over the Vrouwgeest polder, where cows and sheep roam freely in the summer. The Hooiberg House is surrounded by a spacious patio and lawn.

The Hooiberg House is charming and picturesque, decorated in a cosy, rural style – a place to enjoy and unwind. Located beside the mill, it offers views of the windmill on one side and the beautiful polder landscape on the other, where cows and sheep graze in the summer. The Hooiberg House is surrounded by a spacious terrace and lawn.

The holiday home is built in traditional style, in harmony with the windmill and the surrounding polder landscape. The design is inspired by the old cowshed and barn that once stood on the same spot. During construction, various authentic materials were used, including old pine beams and vintage bricks. The Hooiberg House is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including underfloor heating and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. The box spring beds and mattresses are of high quality and 210 cm long. This room also features four-season wool duvets!
First Floor
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a second toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a heat pump for both cooling and heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. The box spring beds and mattresses are of high quality and 210 cm in length. Naturally, you’ll also find four-season wool duvets here. The luxurious black timber-clad holiday cottage is tastefully decorated in a cosy, rural style – a perfect place to enjoy and relax. It is located in a unique spot next to the Vrouwgeest windmill, offering a living room view of the mill on one side and the beautiful Vrouwgeest polder on the other, where cows and sheep roam freely in the summer.

Unit: The Cottage, Haystack house
- Prices are based on four guests and include VAT (taxes).
- If you wish to stay with more people, please send a message via the form on the Contact page to inquire about availability and pricing.
- Reservations can be made for a minimum of 3 nights.
- In July and August, the minimum stay is 1 week.
- Arrival: From 3:30 PM
- Departure: Before 10:00 AM
- The price includes bed linen, duvet covers, kitchen towels, bath towels, and wireless internet (WiFi).
- Not included in the price are final cleaning costs (€75 one-time) and tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night).
- Tourist tax can be paid during your stay.
- During school holidays and national holidays, high season rates apply.
- Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited.
- Discounted rates are available for longer stays during the low season.
